Understanding Our Return Policy
In-Store Returns
-Exchanges must be completed at the store location
-Original receipt is mandatory
-Staff verification of product condition is required
Online Returns

-Provide order details and product information
-Ship item back after approval
-Replacement item will be dispatched after inspection
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1.Exchange Eligibility
Products are eligible for exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
-Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
-Original tags, stickers, and packaging must remain intact
-Valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
-Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval Items that fail to meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Exchange Terms
-No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
-Exchanges are permitted only for:

-Different product selection
-Exchanges must be made for:
Equal value item, or Higher value item (price difference payable by customer)
-Only one exchange per item is allowed
-Exchanges are subject to product availability
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for exchange:
-Discounted / promotional / clearance items
-Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
-Customized or altered garments
-Gift cards or vouchers
4.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
-Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
-Provide photo evidence
-We will arrange replacement at no additional cost
5. Policy Rights
Zero Sleek reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions and may update this policy at any time.
